This is the best Mexican restaurant in Holly Springs and Fuquay Varina area. Their ingredients are fresh and their food is authentic and SO flavorful. I am so hooked on their los pos enchiladas, that I order it every single week. It looks beautiful with a peace symbol!! Their chips and salsa are complimentary and sooo good!!!  Do try the hibiscus tea (aqua de jamaica) , it is natural and made fresh at the restaurant.

  I feel this place doesn't get the rating it deserves, however being I. The same shopping center as Walmart doesn't help. However, I love this place! Awesome service, food is great and I love that they give everyone their own serving of salsa! Great place and great value!

  Having eaten at Los Pos 3 times, this was by far the worst experience we had.  We had a party of 10 and we were seated quickly.  It took several times to get the right drinks to the table.  After ordering 1 of our party received a meal where once the meat was taken off the bone, the meat was still refrigerator cold.  Another person in our party sent their food back 2 times and still did not get what they ordered.  Nobody comped anything.  Very disappointed by the lack of customer service.

  Pretty good value for money and not bad overall. There's precious little good Mexican food in HS but this place has some great options, the Gigante is my personal go to
