I ate here on a Tuesday evening with one other person for dinner. These are my thoughts and observations.

- It's clean and spacious but the furniture needs touched up.
- The server was friendly but not attentive. He delivered our food and dropped off our check; nothing more.
- The chips and salsa were pretty standard.
- We waited 10 minutes for our order.
- My enchiladas verdes were okay. The chicken was dry and not well seasoned. My beans were inedible.

Overall, this was an ordinary experience. I wasn't wowed by anything and I think there's better Mexican options in the area.

  This is my new favorite Mexican restaurant. We were looking to watch a certain football game on TV and asked them if they could put the game on and they were more than happy to turn the channel so we could watch the football game. The waitress came by often to check and see how we were doing and to make sure our drinks were filled or if we needed more chips or salsa which can sometimes be a rarity. The food was very delicious and the portions were large. A great value for the price. I recommend this place to anyone. It was the best restaurants I've been to in a long time

  We eat here with our family nearly every week and the service is always great. There are several options for Mexican food in the area but Los Pos is our favorite by far. The chips are always warm and the salsa is very flavorful. The menu has plenty of options, and I believe I've tried most everything at this point. The burritos and fajitas are some of my favorites; anything with shrimp and steak usually. The shrimp are always cooked perfectly and are large compared to some other restaurants in the area.

  This is the best Mexican restaurant in Holly Springs and Fuquay Varina area. Their ingredients are fresh and their food is authentic and SO flavorful. I am so hooked on their los pos enchiladas, that I order it every single week. It looks beautiful with a peace symbol!! Their chips and salsa are complimentary and sooo good!!!  Do try the hibiscus tea (aqua de jamaica) , it is natural and made fresh at the restaurant.
