Pretty good value for money and not bad overall. There's precious little good Mexican food in HS but this place has some great options, the Gigante is my personal go to

  Lord help me I wasn't even hungry but the food was SO DELICIOUS.

My wife and I were treated very rudely by another Mexican restaurant in town and decide to return here for our second visit.

She had the ACP (she thinks)... she's not quite sure because her margarita glass is quite empty. I had the Carne Asada plate (medium) with flour tortillas. I sincerely had eaten at home just an hour before and just expected to bring my plate home.

Every bite of that steak was so full of flavor I felt like crying. I'm not sure what they cook the frijoles with here but it tastes like love. We got an extra side of frijoles because we both fought over mine.

I can't remember a better Mexican meal- we will be back. We finished out the night with a traditional deep fried ice cream- because, well it was there. We feel like we sinned with this meal but man It was worth every calorie.

Treat yourself to a great meal here. It's really that good!

  We have been eating here for the last year and we love this place. The menu is very extensive and everything we have tried so far has been excellent. My husband says the food reminds him of his Mexican grandma's cooking. The portions are big and make great leftovers if you don't eat it all in one sitting. And whether you are dining in or getting takeout, the chips and salsa are plentiful.  Lastly, the service is great.

  I ate here on a Tuesday evening with one other person for dinner. These are my thoughts and observations.

- It's clean and spacious but the furniture needs touched up.
- The server was friendly but not attentive. He delivered our food and dropped off our check; nothing more.
- The chips and salsa were pretty standard.
- We waited 10 minutes for our order.
- My enchiladas verdes were okay. The chicken was dry and not well seasoned. My beans were inedible.

Overall, this was an ordinary experience. I wasn't wowed by anything and I think there's better Mexican options in the area.
